Rates and Terms
This company can provide loans to residents of South Dakota up to $500. The due date for a pay day loan is the borrower’s next pay date. However, the term must be no less than eight, and no more than thirty-five, days. If the borrower’s pay date is not within this range, his loan must be repaid in fourteen days.
EZ Payday Advance allows South Dakota residents up to four extensions on pay day loans. If you request an extension, you only need to pay the loan fee and 10% of the principal on the due date. This will result in additional fees. Any payment arrangements other than paying in full on the specified due date must be brought to their attention two days before the loan is due.
For each $100 you borrow on a pay day loan the maximum fee is $25. As an example, a $200 loan will carry a $50 loan fee. This rate is the same regardless of how long you keep the loan.
