For Arizona customers, they have an entirely separate option called “Express Title Loans” that are similar to payday loans except you borrow money against how much your car is worth. This option typically allows you to borrow a little more than your average payday loan but also has that additional risk of losing your vehicle if you fail to pay your loan off. This rarely happens as most title loan companies don’t want to take your vehicle so they allow you additional extensions and payment plans.

You don’t actually need to visit a physical location however as you can apply online from your PC or mobile device and do everything you need to do.
The benefits of visiting the physical locations are the ability to do the child safety kit and have a customer service agent check out your vehicle if you are getting a title loan and your car is fairly old. The maximum amount you can borrow for a typical payday loan is $500 with finance charges of $17.65 for every $100 borrowed. When it comes to title loans however, this is very dependent on the vehicle you want to borrow against. Naturally a 2010 vehicle with a perfect body will qualify for more than a 1977 Pinto (unless it’s pristine). The interest rates and finance charges will vary with title loans but you’ll usually be eligible for a much longer pay off period.
